Key facts

Documently Organize PDF shows a preview of every page in a PDF and lets you rearrange the document before saving. Each page has four large buttons: move earlier, move later, rotate 90° right, and remove. Removed pages stay visible, greyed out, with a Restore button, and Undo all changes returns the original order. The page count updates as you go, and Save PDF writes a new file in the order shown. Pages are copied as they are, not re-encoded, so text stays selectable and scans keep their quality. Rotation changes only the page's orientation setting, so it is lossless too. The buttons are sized for fingers rather than a mouse, so the tool works fully on a phone. The PDF is opened and saved inside the browser and is never uploaded, which keeps certificates, statements and forms private. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

How do I delete a page from a PDF?

Select the PDF, tap ✕ under the page you don't want, and tap Save PDF. The new file leaves that page out. If you remove the wrong one, tap Restore before saving.

How do I change the order of pages in a PDF on my phone?

Open this page in your phone's browser, select the PDF, and tap ← or → under a page to move it one place at a time. The numbers on the cards show the new order. Then tap Save PDF.

Does reorganising a PDF reduce its quality?

No. Pages are copied into the new file as they are, without re-compressing, and rotation only changes the page's orientation setting.
